KTTG WORKSHOP SERIES STARTS THIS SATURDAY!

First Saturday Of Each Month from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

“Knitting Tips To Go” (KTTG) are six sessions scheduled that cover a range of knitting skills and topics. Kira will teach techniques and tips for a variety of styles and learning levels. What’s great about these workshops is each class is only two hours long. At only $25 per class you can pick and choose which topics you like or you can purchase a “Knitter’s Pass”. LEARN TO FELT: NUNO TECHNIQUE – TWO SPACES LEFT
Date: September 12, 2009 Time: 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM
Skill Level: No experience necessary Age group: 12 and up
Cost: $40 per person
Nuno-felting is a technique that combines fine wool with an open weave fabric, such as silk or cotton chiffon to create a thin, draping piece of felt that is flexible yet durable, especially suitable to wearables. In this class we will explore the technique using inexpensive tools (like bubble wrap!) and create a flat piece of fabric.  Great Fun, Great Price Register Here!
